"When CVS started charging me hundreds of $$ every 3mos for my blood thinner, my husband, who was already saving over $100 a month on his prescriptions at Prosper pharmacy, asked Jay if he could save us any money on my meds. Jay looked up coupons for us and we now get it for $10 a month, saving me about $80 a month on that one medication. Even though we have moved from Prosper to Plano and it is a 25 minute drive, we still use Prosper Pharmacy for all our prescriptions and will always use them. Jay goes way above and beyond any service you can get at the big chains."

"Picked up a prescription and was told by the pharmacist Jairam Gorle “Jay” Lic# 46979 there was a balance due of $45 because they had to use a different manufacturer due to shortage in supply. Usually I have no copay. I told him the medication was 100% covered by my insurance and gave them my insurance card. When I got home turns out they never even entered my insurance information to begin with and had me as “cash claim”.***Update***My insurance advised me that what “Jay” did was a violation of his contract and he should not have denied to take my insurance and make me pay cash. If this has happened to anyone else, I suggest you contact your insurance company and file a claim and also contact the State Board of Pharmacy."

"Cvs stopped accepting my daughters insurance. I called they told me if I wanted to bring it up they could try to run it. We did and they ran it and accepted it and had prescription within 15 mins! The staff was friendly and the pharmacy was clean!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The pharmacist Jaigorkul is unprofessional and rude. This place is unethical with its practices with employees. I made a mistake working here for a few days and let’s just say I’m glad I got out and was eventually paid through the Texas Workforce after a long legal battle with this place. What a joke"
