"I like this location because it's always very well stocked, and usually not overly busy so you can ship easily, even with young kids. There is plenty of parking in the lot, and it is fairly easy to get in and out of from the road. Service is friendly and helpful. One downside is that there are two halves to the store (Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh) with clothing for each age range on both sides, so nothing is consolidated to one area. Another issue, but not specific to this store, is that is so hard to figure out the prices. Everything has multiple price tags, and then discounts, and then discounts on discounts. But still a good place for inexpensive, generally well made kids clothes."

"I placed an order for pick up,they’ve sent me the email with a phone number to call when i get there so someone will bring me my order to my car.I’ve called twice and nobody was picking up and i could see through the windows that the store was empty and the girl was just setting merchandise around the store so i had to take my newborn baby and come in to the store ,when i’ve asked her why she isn’t answering the phone she just asked me : whats your name? No apologies ,no nothing.The store was empty with no clients.So rude!"

"The manager, Crystal, at this located suggested I nurse my son in the bathroom. No one eats lunch in the bathroom, it was extremely upsetting. Her first suggestion was the bathroom then the fitting room. This location has parking spots for expecting mothers so I am surprised it does not have an area for nursing mothers. Also, when I asked about a nursing room she did not even look up to answer. Customer service was poor by the manager!!"

"Love the clothing here, cute outfits for boys, only problem is there's never a large selection of boys clothes..... but lots & lots of clothing here for girls. Prices are okay.... a little high on some items, best to wait for the sales, & use coupons, Carters next door is there too.... Use coupons or the prices are way to high."

"This place is very welcoming upon entering. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. There is a wide selection at very reasonable prices. For the holidays if you buy a box from them (a meager $0.75 each), they will pack your purchase inside so all you need to do is wrap it."
