"I just watched Tic Tok,, it’s going viral!! A police officer can in to ask there a homeless lady outside, and ask can you donate a pair of shoes to a homeless lady, the manager said no, she has to pay for them, so sad everyone donates to you guys, and Goodwill could not even donate a pair of shoes to a homeless lady with no shoes on her feet, I will never donate nothing to Goodwill again,, and you marking up products like if there new and there used and old, oh so the policeman bought a pair of sandals for the homeless lady, sad"
"Clean new store, but prices are very over priced, most of the items are practically retail $$. People come on already you get free donations and yet you are price gouging the locals on FREE DONATED ITEMS. I will toss things in the garbage, or give to my local church"s before I donate to you."
"This store has a gigantic selection of items, almost too large. Items were shoved so tightly onto the shelves that it made it hard to look. They would probably move more product if their pricing wasn't so expensive. We did find a few cool things but wish it was easier to shop. Also, remember to bring bags because they don't offer plastic bags for purchases."
"One of my favorite Goodwills besides the one in Naperville and Oswego. I always make the drive out cause I always end up finding great things. They have I feel like raised prices it’s like they don’t wanna get rid of stuff or something but this one is still one of my favorites."
"Me and family went into this store on may 22 2023. The door wasn’t locked or anything so we assumed the store was still open like anyone would have. Well me and my mom and sister was shopping and we were approached by two gentlemen who was very rude a said we are are closed very rudely and I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Customer service is key I work in a retail store I know how to treat customers just because you guys want to go home so bad doesn’t mean you have to treat the customers like they are trash or something highly dissatisfied with the customer service at this place. Will definitely be getting the store manger number and much higher . The manger who was on duty this day was rude and the the employees was rude highly dissatisfied."
