"Had an estimate for a parking lot mishap. Very professional. They deal with the insurance company on your behalf. Can't comment or rate their work yet but will update. Not sure about the state of other body shops or industry norms but it won't happen quickly. It will be 30 days before I can actually get my car in to start repair.
