"Called shop to see about a lube and they said we'd get right in. Show up and they say it'll be several hours. I don't know why people can't just tell the truth."
"I got to the service center at the walcot location at 430pm on a Sunday afternoon to get a tire repaired the lady at the desk told me it would be an hour wait to get my truck in. And now at 1am I was told that they don't have a repair tech until 8 am Monday morning. Don't say you are 24 hour shop when you are not."
"They took me right in for a water fuel filter, lube, one tire change. The price was just under 130 bucks with my filter. I may have gotten lucky on fast service. But luck or not it works for me."
"First off I'm not a big fan of ANY T/A! They always give you these outrageous times to fix your problems like they're so busy and the service bays are empty! But this particular T/A they are sooo rude! They really need to work on their customer service skills! I'd advise anyone don't come here for any truck repair because you're going to wait forever and you're going to deal with employees with smart mouths and attitudes!"
