"Terrible time they had my car for 3 weeks because they didn't have the correct tool to fix vw jetta. They ordered it and ordered the wrong tool. My car warranty made is difficult to pick my car up because they wouldn't pay out until the dealership called, the dealership said they called, warranty place said they didn't. After having my car for 2 weeks they wanted me to wait another week because their manager was on vacation. Upon receiving my car I drove it out the vw drive and the vehicle would not go and check engine light was still on. Against my better judgment I took it back to this dealership for vibration and weird sound upon cranking was told nothing was wrong that it might be my vacuum pump or tires. So I got my tires balanced at a different place and was still having issues with vibration. Took it to a different vw dealership and turns out my wheels need to be aligned. Will not be back."

"The problem was serious, and it was resolved and covered by the warranty. Great job troubleshooting and repairing! I was however without a car for a full month with no loaner car... very tough situation. I could have taken it to Naperville VW and had a loaner. I like to do local business if possible. Had I known it would be more than a few days, I would have went to Naperville."
