"My son's 2017 Chevy Camaro alternator goes out. He calls ahead a few times during the week about his altenator. He tells them he can charge the battery and drive it in. He has his battery fully charged before bringing it to the SERVICE department. It was there overnight they called him because they couldn't figure out which phone # on his warrantee to contact for coverage, so they just quoted him $1200 to repair his vehicle. So he called the warranty and representative called LouBachrodt. No one picked up. When he didn't want to pay that quoted amount for repairs. He came to retrieve his vehicle. They charged him $180 for it just being there overnight. No one looked at the car or checked the cars issue. Just tried to seek payment for what was told, was the issue. How I know. Because, when they said you can come get your car, it's still sitting in the parking lot now with a completely dead battery completely they didn't and wouldn't charge it. Only tried to JUMP a car they knew and quoted a $1200 repair for A Bad ALTERNATOR.. you jump a car to start the alternator.... but this your service department. THAT'S NOT SERVICE. WELL, NOT GOOD SERVICE. Or knowledge of for that matter. That was around 4 pm they all have gone home now.. As they walk past us to their vehicles and go home, as I and my son sit and wait patiently for a towing company to come retrieve his vehicle. I am 53 disabled mother, having surgery tomorrow at Swedish American, sitting in their parking lot. My son keeps apologizing. When he doesn't owe me an apology, the person who trained their Car Repair & Customer Service department does. But I don't expect it from here even after purchasing a BMW from the other lot and treated badly by service in 2017 there and never went back. I was not surprised, but I was hopeful here it would be different. That the level of disrespect of a Black person purchasing a mid luxury wouldn't be so blunt. They proved the whole barrel theory and its in the SERVICE department. Sales are best at customer service the most polite young men... buy here dont get repairs here 7:30pm still here"
