Kind and caring from the front counter to the pharmacists who always make themselves available for questions. One of my medicines cost me $250 at all the chain pharmacies with insurance paying part,so I called around and Roanoke Pharmacy for the same medicine cash price $25! So I don't even go through my insurance on one prescription and saves me hundreds of dollars a month at Roanoke Pharmacy. Try them out you won't be disappointed."
