"Came here 8-1-23 for an oil change. While they were starting they broke my oil drain plug in half and left the other half in the drain, causing it to leak. They told me they didn’t want to be liable for something the “previous” place I took it to did. I ended up leaving with half a drain plug and leaking oil and a car that sat in a driveway for 2 weeks because they refused to take accountability for something they did."
