"Absolutely useless staff who are lazy and rude when asked to help find something. Wont accept returns of items that are clearly defective and overall a store that can't keep up with area prices and customer service. I would suggest shopping elsewhere unless you have no other choice in the matter."
"Broken windshield wiper because of the ice! I pulled up to the car service door. They went into the store, selected rhe correct wiper, rang it up, and one of the mechanics ran outside and put it on my car. Always helpful!!!"

"Completely ridiculous you come in to check and see if they can fix a tire on Thursday and you’re told that they cannot even look at it until Saturday. What a joke I will definitely not come to this place ever again. Called Moore Tire in Rock Falls they said bring it right over Ava they will take care of it , hope everyone will go to this great local business."
