"Kayla Jenna and Angie were the 3 that helped me today at my appointment. Also the lady in finance and the dentist! I cant remember her name or.the dentist but I want to thank you all your kindness knowledge and patience! I'm disappointed I didn't go here first! People that work here do not rush and treat you respect! Good vibes here! To be honest I didn't get a bad vibe from anyone at the office NOT one bit! I actually enjoyed a dentist appointment. Way to go ladies!!!!! Thank you all sooo much!!!!"

"I got 7 emails and 3 text telling me I needed to call and give them my insurance information after I had done so! I called them gave the information again, for them to call me back later on asking again for the insurance! I told the lady that I had just gave it to them! She stated they didn’t note it! Every phone call was also asking if I was in pain! I just wanted a check up! Got there for them to ask once again for my insurance and if I was in pain! Gave them the card they made a copy of it! Went into the exam room it was dirty! The guy cleaned while I sitting there! I get done and they tell me to go into the office and speak with the person about the cost of what I needed done! I told them I had another appointment at 1 and needed to go! They told me she was ready for me and it would me quick! I go into to talk to her for her to yet again ask me for my insurance information! I told her I gave it to them and they made a copy of it! She went to ask for it and in less than an hour of me being there they lost it! She did not have any information ready for me! I got up walked out and got a phone call asking me to call them back! She stated they had a new girl up front! I will not go back! This was the worst experience from a dentist office!"

"I visited Aspen and had a wonderful experience with Hunter as my DA. She was very professional and polite. Jenna was informative and made sure I understood everything she was doing. After my exam I met Jennifer in the office, she was extremely helpful when it came to scheduling future appointments. Molly and Korty were very friendly and checked me in fast."

"This might turn into a novel but I have some things to say about Aspen Dental. First, they were the only dentist in the area that was able to get me in on an emergency basis so THANK YOU for that. The clinic was clean and every single person I interacted with (including other patients) had a smile on their face. That says a lot to me. I have a severe fear of the dentist (which is why I needed emergency care). Aspen was extremely kind and caring regarding my needs and Ashley specifically was wonderful. Very charming staff with no judgement or ill will. I really believe they just want to help!! The star of my visit was Jennifer. She was the office administrator that helped me make good, informed choices about setting up payment arrangements for my care. I didn't think I would be able to afford the work I need but she very calmly walked me through my options and even discussed pros/cons. She is a great human being and deserves a raise or at least a trip to Starbucks next door. 5/5 will push others towards getting their dental work done here. "Hunter was the dental assistant that did my x-rays and she was very educated as she explained the entire process to me. I was a little nervous but her and Ashley the other DA eased my anxieties. Jenna did my cleaning after my exam and was wonderful and made me feel right at home! The best hygienist I've ever had! Dr. Sye did my exam and he was extremely kind and attentive. I wish I could have this team at every appointment!!"
