"I just was calling just to get status on a prescription lady on the phone had so much attitude for no reason like I know we all have a life but don’t take it out on other people and ruin their day just because yours is going bad. I tried being nice and explaining the situation but she was just very rude. Honestly it’s just so ridiculous she needs to be talked to on how she speaks over the phone and I know this from years of experience working at all call center."

"As a pharmacy I would assume you give medications to the right patient. However this Walmart pharmacy will carelessly put 3 bottles of a medication that belongs to a random person in your bag. It’s negligence and probably due to undertrained pharmacy technicians. Accidents like this can be life-threatening."

"Anytime I need to refill a prescription and it’s out of refills, it takes forever. I’ve been trying to refill one prescription - my breathing meds - for almost 2 weeks now. I ran out of my medication today and lord knows when they’ll refill it. I’ve even contacted my pharmacy. I swear I’ll just go back to the Walmart pharmacy in Hillsboro at this rate."
