"Hometown pharmacy customer service is excellent. I was using another pharmacy and their interest in supporting my family' needs proved to be absent when my wife had a medical crisis and needed the prescribed medication asap. The attitude was clearly perceived as they did not have the time or inclination to help. I simply was told their manufacturer did not carry the drug which was critical for my wife's survival. No advise where to go or any referal. When I contacted Hometown pharmacy I was assured I would get the drug that day. In less than one hour they called and told me they had the drug and I could pick in up. In a difficult situation Hometown pharmacy demonstrated they cared and went the extra mile for me and my family. "100% recommend this pharmacy! I switched to this pharmacy after the big chain pharmacy I used since moving grew to be too large to track itself, fill scripts or even answer their phone. Best Value has been nothing but great. A couple of scripts can be difficult to get filled through insurance and they always do what they can to help, including calling the doctors to remind them of the insurance process. Everyone here is super friendly, always polite and greet everyone with a smile. They are fast to fill scripts and I know they work hard to make sure clients are taken care of.
