"I have always had good experiences with att. We went to trade in my phone and were told we would get $1000 off for our trade in. It took roughly an hour to get everything done including transferring all of my data to the new phone. After everything was said and done and we were just about finished to leave we were told we were only getting $800 for our trade in. Which don't get me wrong, is great but I feel like that is something that should have been confirmed in the very beginning before telling us it would be $1000 and completely transferring everything over."
