"After ringing the bell and explaining to the attendant that I was needing to fill a prescription for a nebulizer for my son, he comes to the window 10 minutes later and got upset when I reiterated that I was filling a script. He asked for my insurance and without my card he was short with me and just said “ oh so ur paying cash” when I said i forgot my card. Very rude. I asked if he could look up my sons info using dob and name and he said no. I’ve been with this pharmacy for years. My mother and grandmother know the original owner/ pharmacist and I used to love going here to fill my scripts because I was raised coming here to fill meds. My family always came here even when their pharmacy was at the old location years and years ago. It seems now the pharmacy it too big to care about their long time customers. Don’t care to try and work with getting scripts filled. If you don’t want a customer to get snippy with you, perhaps don’t ask what what they want, have em wait 10 min at the window and then ask what they need again. It used to be a small family pharmacy and had a couple workers who knew everyone who came in. Now they just don’t care. “Come in get ur script and get out. Forgot ur insurance card, pay cash or get out we don’t want to hear excuses, it’s my job only that I care about.” That’s what ur staff screams with my visit today. I will not be going back. There were also 3-4 other associates congregated around the pharmacy window, not one of em once came and asked if I needed assistance in the 10 min I was right in front of them. Take some sensitivity training if you’re working with sick people."

"I had been using their services for a couple of years. Recently when I needed them to come through an urgent request, I was given the run around and basically left to wait without the hormones. Luis said "I will contact you as soon as the ingredient comes in and will ship it right away"; no contact, on the contrary I had to follow up for two days straight and when he answered it was "it shipped already"; well that could not be since no one called me to get the payment, this was at the very end of the business day. I was transferred to a staff member who collected the payment and a bit extra to overnight it; an hour goes by and she calls me back saying that "due to inclement weather the post office will not ship overnight" the weather radar was clear as a bell in the entire state of TX. Come to find out they use a third party to have it shipped, lady made no effort to find another way for me, she said "we only contract with the post office, sorry". Four days which include an entire weekend and supposedly was "shipped on Wednesday". The one time I needed this pharmacy to come through, they made absolutely no effort to do it. I will not be using their services any more."

"My first impression was a good one until it came to actually filling the prescription. Long story short, I had to go 3 times to get my prescription and even on the 3rd time , was told to come back 2 hours later. When I told them that that was unacceptable, they were magically able to fill it. I must add that this is not my usual pharmacy so perhaps the regular customers took precedent over my order."
