Then on the scheduled day, our salesman (Daniel S.) literally swooped in like a hero (that’s a separate crazy story I’ll spare the details here.) "We went to Key auto mart because Courtesy sold and is no longer there. When we arrived we met with Nicholas. Seemed nice enough until my wife didn’t get approved and needed a co-signer. His demeanor completely changed and seemed annoyed. We left and came back with a co-signer the next day and had to deal with Nicholas yet again. After everything was signed for, he gave us the keys and that’s was it. No thanks for your business, call me if you need something, congratulations…. None of that.
