"Usually very nice to shop in Hallmark; Was shopping for a card and the younger lady working the register was very nice and helped me out. However, when I went to checkout I had an older lady who didn’t want to help me. She said she’s not tech savvy and said she couldn’t help. That’s not my fault you don’t know how to help someone. I’ve come in before and have had associates help me out with similar situations where I needed extra help, and they went above and beyond. These two older women with white hair were just whispering amongst themselves and said I’d have to call Hallmark to fix my issue, meanwhile previous associates have helped me out. When I walked away, I heard them talking to themselves about me and I did not feel very happy or welcome. As much as I love Hallmark, I will not be returning, or at least while they work the checkout counter."

"A friendly, happy worker kept herself busy helping people. It's very hard to find a person these days that isn't leaning on a back counter waiting for you to come up and check out. She even knew how to use the computer to help me with my account using a backwards search engine. They don't realize how important they are. This customer left feeling better about the world."
