"I was just going in to pay a bill. The employees bum rush you the second you walk in. It took 10 minutes to pay the bill, due to them needing my card, my social security number, my ID, etc. Jenny is top notch though, she doesn't treat you like a nuisance."
"The sales girl was very helpful to my daughter. I asked about a bralette set, could not find it in my size, but it was on the mannequin. I asked if they could check, but they were making jokes in their walky talky headphone things and laughing. So I didn't purchase. I purchased one from another competitor and paid less. Do better, because if you don't take care of your customers they go elsewhere. With a blooming online retail platform, you have to take care of customers in the store or they never will return. Like me!"
