"People here are very professional. They are very good and caring. It's the customer service if you have a problem that you get transferred to that are the problem. We had just bought a Queen size bed and mattress outfit. Dresser, Mirror, End Table and Chest of drawers the works . Took six months to get it and the mattress was crap with in 5 months. It has a 10 year warranty and they wouldn't replace it without giving them your 1st. born so to speak. Tried to send pictures and everything and never heard anything back."
