"Had my almost 2 year old’s ears pierced here and never again will Claire’s pierce any of my children’s ears again. The girls who pierced my daughter’s ears made me buy the infant size earrings which cost $80. I about lost it at the price but I felt like they knew better than me so I paid it. My daughter is closer to 2 than being an infant. Since then the earrings kept falling out of her ears because the rod they made me buy was too small for her ears. One of the piercings closed up because by the time I realized the earring was gone the hole was closed up. I contacted the store and they made me call the 1800 number and that seriously got me no where. They said since I didn’t have the receipt or the earring (which got lost because they wouldn’t stay in her ears) they couldn’t issue me a refund. They were able to pull up that I paid for the service on their end though. Do yourself a favor and take your little ones to a professional piercing/tattoo shop. We just recently got her little ear re-pierced and the gentleman did a fantastic job and it only cost $40. My daughter now has normal sized earrings in her ears and we have had no issue with the earrings stabbing the back of her neck like Claire’s said it would."

"The manager Alicia there is very rude and every time I go there she follows me around the store I don’t know if it has to do with my age or race but I do feel victimized. This is should be fix immediately since all the other employees are so welcoming!"

"I've tried for three days in a row to contact this place to schedule a birthday party for my daughter. Busy signal nonstop on their phone line! I also tried to email the address I found online and that no longer exists. I don't get it!!"
