"I was notified before my appointment that there could be an hour to an hour and half wait. At my precious appointment I waited just under 2 hours before I was seen by the doctor. The staff working behind the check-in counter are the rudest people I have ever encountered at any medical office."

"1. They should have told me to have another person to drive home. 2. The staff was nice, and professional. 3. The office's need to be cleaned better, scuff marks on lots of walls, office's need fresh paint, ceiling tiles wet and severely discolored, restroom had a build up of dust and debris in corners. 4. A main test for the eyes the chair seat was all ripped up, needs replaced."

"I LOVE Dr. Hawthorn. She is kind, thorough and never rushes through my visit. She is extremely knowledgeable about eye disease and available treatment including drops, laser surgery and referral specialists. She has performed SLT laser on me which helped my pressure for a year and an half; I am on my second round of glaucoma drops—working so far. All her support staff are efficient and good at their jobs."

"So I want to start off by saying I started seeing Dr Kelly in late 2022 and only saw him for about 3 or 4 months he had diagnosed me with dry eye syndrome to make a long story short I was having really bad light sensitivity bad eye pain constantly etc and his only answer is it's just dry eye syndromes those are the symptoms there was a time where he was telling me how to massage my eyelids and I ask about it on another visit because I was not sure if i was doing them correctly and he rudely says it's not rocket science Etc after reading some negative reviews about him and feeling like i was getting nowhere and with gut instinct I decided to go get a second opinion and glad I did found out there were other issues going that I did not hear out of Dr Kelly mouth my dry eye syndrome has greatly improved no more light sensitivity I don't know how he is on other matters dealing with eyes but one thing for sure and to anybody who's trying to get their dry eyes treated he's definitely not the doctor to get them treated by. I definitely would not recommend seeing him for dry eyes I only wished I posted this earlier but I just needed to be sure"
