"The whole experience was great.I was stressed and the receptionist was very helpfui with the registration. ntake nurse Amiria?? Was fabulous at calming me down and explaining the whole process. Anesthetist, and initial nurse was great. The latter administering my IV ready for procedure and taking vitals. Anesthesia nurse was fabulous, and when I entered the procedure theatre..everyone was great. Checking details, tests, double checking procedure, educating me on the process. The concern for my welfare from my initial visit to thorough on-going testing, constant communication through e-mail, phone calls and portals was fantastic. I felt informed, cared for, and completely updated every step of the way. In a very disconnected health care system, this team did a fabulous job coordinating all the pieces, and putting me, the patient, at the front of everything."
"Everyone that I met was super friendly and nice. All of the staff were super kind. The Nurse Anesthetist made me feel super comfortable. The anesthesiologist was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. My mom flew down for the procedure and mentioned that she felt very comfortable and happy with leaving me in the hands of Dr. Desai. Everyone had great bedside manner as well. Considering the circumstances, it was overall a rather positive experience."
