"Keeva and lidia both are very helpful and empathetic to me every time I come in. I've personally witnessed the same empathy on display for every patient. They strive to get everyone back as quickly and orderly as possible. The Medical assistants are each equally empathetic and professional. DR Massey is new to me but is verry knowledge and kind. Angela Ash, my P.A is absolutely amazing. She is super empathetic and seems to really understand my pain. She's been very patient with me and always soends an appropriate amount of time to actually listen, understand and help to explain my condition and appropriately diagnose and prescribe the propper pain care for me."
"This place is a joke. They are perpetually running behind. They didn't fully complete a procedure and I had to go in a second time. They didn't notify me the second procedure would cost an extra $500 out of pocket until after it was complete. I called to appeal and they just blame it on other departments and my insurance. They also directly lied in their records about leaving me a voicemail about the insurance. They assured me with incorrect information that it would cost far less the entire time and, now that I am stuck with the bill, they don't care. I am NEVER using them again for any reason."
