"This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any medical facility. Even from coming in the front desk staff were rude and more interested in talking to each other. I was in the office for maybe a total of 20mins from front door to paying and leaving. I saw Dr. Sharp for maybe a total of 3mins, if that. She barely even looked at what I was in for. The way she explained things was in a condescending manner and when I tried to ask follow up questions I felt like I was dismissed and that her main goal was to spend as little time as possible with her patients. I have never had any kind of dermatology experience before in my life and I hope they are better than this at other places. I will never recommend this practice to anyone. Very unprofessional and lack any kind of bedside manner. The only redeeming quality about this place is that they give you tiny samples of products they recommend. Other than that I wish I spent my 3 weeks of waiting and 20mins at their office anywhere else with more professional doctors who actually care about their patients."
