"The staff is very courteous and good at their jobs. The only issue I had was that I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:30, arrived early, and was not seen until 10:15."

"They worked with me well on dealing with my workers comp claim. They were able to complete all the x-rays and give me a diagnosis. There was a bit of a way but that's to be expected in a walk-in place. The waiting room was very clean and welcoming and the staff were quite nice."

"Concentra visit was just ok...Staff was not overly friendly but appeared to do their job in an average fashion. Those assigned to my time there for physical, TB Test and Urine Screen did not appear to happy I was unable to produce the required amount for a successful urinalysis... It was only after the third time I was able to give them the required amount. Maybe it was my imagination but felt like I was under suspicion when I was unable to give the the required amount and was taken to the urine drug screen area. I was then made to sit in waiting area for hours drinking bottled water until I was finally able to them required amount. Not a pleasant experience but essential to starting new job. Do yourself a favor. Drink plenty of liquid before you go. They do seem to ask for quite a bit of urine than other drug screens in the past. May The Force be With You!"

"This was the most quick and efficient visit I’ve had to any clinic. Arrived, got checked in and examined in 30 minutes. Online checking was very smooth and attending nurses were great!"
