"Had the most unpleasant experience at this location tonight. The store is open until 8pm but customers are not allowed to try on clothes because the fitting rooms are closed at 7pm because “the stuff would have to stay longer to clean up the fitting rooms.” We asked the manager to open it up, that’s the reason we came to the location instead of buying the items online. The manager was very unwelcoming and rude. We ended up not buying the items because of the way she welcomed us in the store. The worst customer service experience we’ve ever had"

"I love Hollister this location is pretty big too normally big selection. I personally just love their jeans and always great deals and good selection of cuts and sizes. I've noticed one major issue with their jeans and that is the sizing. Compared to many other brands, they run very small but its really just a number so i can hardly complain. It's always worth it just to look"

"I ordered online on June 21st so that I could pick it up in-store. I got a couple of emails saying that my items were on the way, and then nothing else. I finally called the store on August 8th and they told me my items were there but that no one had checked them in, so I had not received an email. I asked the associate if I could pick them up sometime in the next week, and he said they were “supposed to have sent the items back already,” so I should come pick them up ASAP. Usually, I would have ten days after they arrived to pick them up. I was very agitated and I felt that the customer service was awful. I came to the store the day after to pick up my items, and it took them about five minutes to find my order. (I would like to note that the employee who was helping me was not wearing her mask properly.) Then, she had trouble scanning the order so that I could take it home. I had already paid for the order. She asked another employee, who didn’t know how to fix it. She called her manager, who didn’t know how to fix it. Her manager then called someone because apparently one of the invoices was missing. (I later found the second invoice inside one of the packages at the bottom.) After at least 20 minutes of me standing there, she handed me my things and said, “here’s your order.” I’m not very happy with this experience. I don’t expect a mainstream business like Hollister to provide me with the same respect and care that a small business would, but I expected them to at least be kinder and (maybe) give me a discount. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again."
