"Decided on a random, clear skies, Friday Morning that my jeans needed replacing. Thought of checking out what the Old Orchard Mall had for me at a reasonable Price. Checked a few stores, Zara, Macys, and Gap but the employees were incredibly uninterested and looked like they want to be there. Ended up checking out this store I’ve never been to before called “Express”, was greeted by a charming ‘Welcome in’ by a young man named Umer, he asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. He then directed me to men’s section where he and this other young fellow named Jalal thourally helped me out and gave their two cents on the jeans they had in Stock. Jalal even offered to check the back rooms for the rather large size that I am. Whilst he was gone, Umer was doing an amazing job informing me about the Insider Program and how I could get 20% off of my purchase. Long story short. I walked away with 2 amazing pairs of jeans and was e static about my purchase. I’m forever grateful for these two young men. Thank you Jalal and Umer. Will be back again!"

"Great fashion but hard to find any bargains. Clearance sections are much smaller than previously and mostly super small sizes. Some deals are okay - i.e. buy one get on 50% off - which makes two button down shirts around $100 instead of $70 each."

"I recently went shopping here during Memorial Day weekend and the store was really dirty. The shelves were dusty and the fitting rooms had giant dust bunnies all over the floor. It was bad enough that I didn't really want to take my shoes off. Some of the staff was friendly enough but the woman who rung up my purchase was not. I had a coupon that was able to stack on top of other discounts but she didn't even look at it before telling me "that's not going to work." I bought a pair of jeans on discount later that day and turns out that yes the discount does work on top of the other offers."
