"The Department of Rheumatology need a complete review of Dr B. She treats her patients like she is doing them a favor. She is unpleasant and doesn't do her job. Calling the Texas Board of Medical Examiner's. Very unpredictable and doesn't do anything she says. Read others reviews. She is hostile and complains about doing others job by no exam. Her medical records are incorrect. She should have compassion but she is not. Done with Baylor"

"I can’t recommend Dr Isis Lopez highly enough. I had seen other doctors, trying to figure out what was causing my symptoms. At my first appointment, Dr Lopez spent more than an hour with me, taking a very detailed medical history and carrying out a thorough physical examination. She ordered more tests, x-rays etc, and then diagnosed my condition. I am now on treatment which is working so far. Absolutely 5-star service."

But today, upon calling as a prospective new patient to the clinic to see if I could even be seen, I had the most pleasant, helpful and fun professional assist me! Roshyonna was incredible. "To be fair, Baylor Medicine Rheumatology have changed my life to better when they find out the cause of my back pain. I was so happy with my previous Dr. but unfortunately she has left Baylor years ago and replaced with Dr.Bhairavarasu. However since Dr.Bhairavarasu is my provider, things has changed, No response to my pharmacy when they request a refill, end it with rejecting the medication request, and I have to suffer of the pain for months until Dr.Bhairavarasu see the request and approve it, lack of email responses, I have emailed her twice since my medication got rejected I never heard back from her. I will try switch the Dr. if there is someone else available or find another Rheumatology place that pay more attentions to their patience in a better way."

"I should have listened to other reviewers. Wow. What a waste of time & money! Our visit as the very definition of kicking a can down the road to anyone else. Absolutely nothing done to help. Really didn't even listen\had mind made up before entering the room. Other docs sent labs to be done & wouldn't even assist with that. Really concerned about other Baylor visits now - whether they will be this useless. Yikes."
