Concierge Sleep and Wellness

"Summary: It's clear that the only goal is to extort as much money from the customer as possible WITHOUT trying to help, treat, or solve any of the issues they may have. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I tried holding off from writing this review for a long time but enough is enough. Almost a full month ago I had my original consulation here with a doctor. This doctor told me that based on our consultation, he reccomends that I schedule an IN-LAB sleep study. Now this clinic offers both an AT-HOME sleep study and an IN-LAB sleep study. The doctor told me that an AT-HOME sleep study would not be sufficient for him to fully understand the issues I was having and that shortly after the consultation, someone would be reaching out to schedule the IN-LAB sleep study. After a few days no one called so I decided to call them myself and get one scheduled, the lady who answered told me that they would need to request authorization from my insurance to make sure they would cover the sleep study. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any calls from them I decided to call and the same lady answered the phone. She told me that they "just received" their request back from my insurance and that they DENIED to cover the IN-LAB study and only approved the AT-HOME study. This made no sense to me since the doctor told me the AT-HOME study wouldn't be enough and also because it would'nt make sense for my insurance company to want to pay for an AT-HOME study only to have to pay for an additional IN-LAB study, when they could save money by only paying for one. After calling my insurance I discovered that no one called them and no one submitted any requests for any authorization on ANY tests! They even told me that they don't require any authorization and that they would cover EITHER OF THEM. It has been a week now since I've discovered this and I've been calling them everyday but no one seems to want to answer the phone or give me a straight answer as to why I was lied to. I can only assume that they wanted to get more money from me by having me and my insurance pay for TWO TESTS. This comes close to $1000 out of pocket for me! It's been over a week and I've left messages almost every single day and no one has the courtesy to call me and try to reserve this issue. If you are looking for a sleep clinic and have the smallest bit of respect for yourself PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE."

"Fantastic staff! I was recently at Concierge Sleep and Wellness and was immediately greeted with smiling and professional staff. They catered to me and my needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in sleep which is refreshing. Rooms- VERY clean and nice! If you have mask fit troubles- they have a great, EXPERIENCED CREDENTIALED sleep educator to help! I can’t say enough about this sleep center. I live close so I wanted a sleep center in Pearland. Thanks ladies"
