"Highly upset with Dr. Sharon as a woman and as a Dr. I lost all respect for her. Suspiciously, something is going on with the office and now she does televisits and out of the blue she transferred ALL her patients to UT Physicians. Now, there is no way to contact her and she no longer return phone calls, voicemails nor portal messages. I had very important questions to ask her and she never replies!!! It’s like she tossed her patients aside & no longer cares; which is horrible but initially I really like her as my GYNO & now she made all of us choose another GYNO & not by choice. Dr. Sharon handled this transition not professionally at all. She made an oath as a Physician!!!!! I lost all respect for this woman!!! I’m very close to my due date & this is how she handles her pregnant patients!! I’m so glad this isn’t my first pregnancy…"

"I don’t know what is going on with dr. Sharon office , is almost my due date and I haven’t seen dr. Sharon in person in a month or more , they keep saying that office is close, and that they can schedule me an appointment in television which is like FaceTime , I agreed one time cause I didn’t know what was going on, they didn’t mention office was close, when I tried to reschedule they said again it was gonna be through television, and I said no to that, I said to the secretary I need a real visit , I need the dr checking if my baby is okey, if she’s in position to go out or not , if she’s fine, ¿how she’s gonna check my baby through FaceTime ? , so I’m calling the office to make a real visit (appointment) but no one answering, is sad cause is my first time as a mom, and I have no clue of my dr or if my baby is okey , I tried to make an appointment cause I had contractions these past few days , but it seems they just close or I don’t know"

"Dr. Sharon Smith is a total joke she treats her patients like lab rats. Whatever problem you have she guesses. She doesn’t fully know. She will continue just to send you medicine. That’s not working. Suggest things that never work instead of getting down to the real problem. Her staff is the worst. They disrespectful inconsiderate and talk to adults as if the children. This place is an absolute joke I switch doctors and now all of my problems have been taken care of. I don’t know where she got her degree or whatever it is she needed to be a doctor but she is a complete joke. I would recommend anyone do not go to this lady, unless you want to be treated like a lab rat or a crash test dummy"

"I enjoyed Dr. Smith and her staff! They were warm and welcoming. Dr. Smith has a very nice personality, very knowledgeable and action plan driven. I gave 4 stars because it took exactly an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. I am not accustomed to waiting that long for anything. If that long wait time is fixed then this is definitely a 10 star business."

"I was scheduled to see Dr.Dobyne not once but twice and both times I was failed to be seen. The wait times are hours long not to mention the drive time and having to take 2 different days off. The staff is very unprofessional, incompetent and not helpful at all. Clearly they don't know what they're doing. Plus the staff abuses their power and you as a consumer. They took 2 different days/4 hours of my time . And I still don't know what this 12 cm mass on my overies is nor have I received any kind of treatment/advice /consulting from her. It's obviously important since my G.I. Doctor keeps asking about the care she is giving. Each time I have to rely the incompetence of the staff /Doctor. The 1st time she was unable to read the report of my cat scan, either she's not computer literate or her system is out of date. It would have been nice if when setting up the appointment the staff would mention one needs a printed form of any test results. Regardless the day was wasted because of the incompetence and I had to reschedule for the next week. The next week visit didn't happen either, even though I went to the appointment and waited for over a hour an 30 minutes. When checking in the receptionist said there were only 3 people in front however 8 people later I realized she can't count and after waiting so long I had to use the bathroom but I timed myself and only was gone for 3 minutes. After returning the receptionist told the nurse that I had returned but she ignored her and started calling people who had come a hour after I arrived. When I asked the receptionist what was going on she said, "Since I wasn't there when they called my name they choosen to skip my appointment even after I was back the nurse kept calling other people instead like a form of punishment for having to use the bathroom. I don't think it was fair or professional especially since this was a return visit due to their incompetence. I definitely do not recommend coming to this office where they over book the patients, have poor time management and no care about how much of your day they consume. You will be treated as a number and not as a valued client. This is the worst OBGYN Care I've ever had the displeasure of receiving and with the longest wait times. Mind you I'm 48 yrs old so I've had many experiences and I'm a very patient person but this place has too many issues to deal with or list. I even contacted them by email to no avil. They haven't even responded. My search continues. ."
