"Have had many good experiences here; employees are friendly and the place is clean. Knocked off one star because there's been a number of times when the things I'm looking for are not stocked, and they're not always the best with keeping up with what's expired on their shelves."

"Went to the deli on January 5, 2024, no one was waiting at the counter. One employee behind the counter told me to walk to the end of the counter and take a number...no one was there waiting...pathetic...left and picked up a different item.."

"Was there today checking out just before 1:30 pm with the cashier closest to where the line started (aisle 11 I think). During the hustle and bustle she kept insulting the person bagging our foods intelligence and muttering to herself that he didn’t speak English even though he did. It was pretty disgusting to witness her complete disrespect of him while he was doing a perfectly fine job of bagging our food. I don’t know if she expected me not to hear or what when I was standing right there. I was with my two toddlers and didn’t want to cause a scene in front of them. I usually never have a problem at this Schnucks, but I would rather wait in line longer because they were short staffed than to have to listen to a cashier mock her perception of the person bagging my food’s intelligence and grasp of the English language."

"Convenient, clean, but has a very limited selection of cheeses, dips, appetizers, seafood, and deli items compared to other Schnucks. If you like these types of things, go to Richmond Center."
