"6 of my children are patients of Dr Masha and we have been coming here for over 5 years. He is a wonderful doctor who actually listens and cares about his patients. He works with many disabled and foster families and treats everyone with respect and dignity. As for the other review.. I have worked in the medical field and insurance. Psych drugs often require authorization after a certain time (that the insurance determines) to be investigated. When I had problems with this it was the pharmacy, not the doctors office that caused the delay. Years ago the office recommended a small pharmacy and I don't have those problems any more because the pharmacist works diligently to resolve the issues regarding medicine approval."
