"They quote you $150 per session but bill you serveral months later $900 per session. Consumer beware because this is deceptive trade practices! Enough said! PS Janet O is amazing!"
"I’ve had a great experience at this location both with my therapist Marissa and with the front desk staff. I’d recommend Marissa to anyone suffering from Endo related or general pelvic floor issues. The office is clean and well kept, and the front desk staff are very helpful. I was unsure what the charges would be with my insurance, and they were able to pull it up and tell me how many sessions were covered and any costs I would have. Marissa has been wonderful so far, she has listened to all my symptoms and issues and is coming up with great plans to work on them. She’s also always made me feel comfortable, which is important for a pelvic floor PT given the intimate nature of some of the therapy."
"Not happy with this place at all!! They always seems to be too booked for any new people. The front desk people will let you know that too. My mom and dad was scheduled for physical therapy at the same time with the same therapist. My mom needed lower back therapy and my dad shoulder. I feel so frustrated when I go to this place from the entering to when we leave. The therapist said my dad needs 1 on 1 but they still scheduled 2 patients per therapist. I will definitely let the doctor know not to use this place!!"
"Memorial Hermann physical therapy was recommended by my PCP and was covered partially by my insurance. Physical therapy was SO expensive w/ my insurance plan that it made me tense up every time I went to pay. I thought the physical therapist was knowledgeable. I was very diligent about following the exercises and stretches prescribed but saw no improvement. I provided feedback that I still had back neck and shoulder pain despite following the regiment. In my opinion the physical therapist was distracted and gave zero f***s that I wasn't improving. As part of the normal practice they do see two patients at the same time, so when you're spending about $200 a session that math is hard to swallow. There was never any safety issues, I was always properly supervised but really isn't that a minimum expectation, "I didn't get more hurt at physical therapy." Do better! I know you can. Your staff seems smart and well-trained."
