"The treatment by the physical therapists at this location has been second to none. However, whenever I needed to speak with supporting staff/administrative, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone when calling or getting a call returned (despite multiple phone calls and leaving voicemails). I have cancelled my sessions here and going back to the other Methodist locations where I can depend on the support of the entire staff."
