"We specifically asked for a specialist for our newborn and the front office set up an appointment with Sanjeev Shah which quite a disappointment. "Is the baby alive" is not a statement made to new parents. He obviously doesn't see children which he even admitted but still coded in the highest possible charge for the visit. He was cocky and refused to do a physical check because the baby was asleep. Now we have to go for another specialist, while wasting a lot of money on visiting this place."

"First of all, I am ill with dizziness , Twisties and nausea. I made an appointment at this clinic because of my past doctor retired (Gary Card) who diagnosed me with Miners Disease. Two days ago I woke up with the Twisties, dizziness and nausea especially when I turned my head and body to the right. No ringing in ear. I got an appointment right away. The Doctor that I saw was rude he did not listen and he contradicted himself regarding my previous diagnosis. It was a horrible experience! Horrible Experience! He insulted my intelligence several times and was insensitive to my symptoms and he never went through the diagnostics to tell me what I was going through. He went against everything I told him that was going on with me. I cried several times. I asked him how long he had been practicing and he made a point to tell me he was part owner of the company. At this very hour and after $168.00 later, All I received was an auditory test! After His Bad Behavior, His Condescending and Five Referrals I still do not have what I initially came for which was a medication to stop the nausea, dizziness and Twisties! His Medical Assistant was Rude And Horrible! The Cashier Was Rude And Horrible Who wanted to overcharge me. Realizing after I told her I did not have a balance she slammed her hand on the desk to intimidate me. I Have Never Experience Such Unprofessionalism In the Health Care System. Even my neighbor who was waiting for me in the lobby said that the front dest was unprofessional, gossiping, laughing and joking around. She was horrified. I don't know how or what you are going to do about Dr.Sanjeev J Shah part owner in the business but I hope he gets some patience care training and sensitivity training and listening training. Maybe he should just stay on the business side of the practice. Because the 5 years he has been practicing medicine did not serve me today. The only way I could post this was to give a star but really this does not deserve a star."

He is knowledgeable, compassionate & extremely professional. When he is done examining me, he explains what he has done , why he did what he did & what to expect."

"HOUSTON ENT & DR SHAH were EXCEPTIONAL! Great staff was a bonus. DR SHAH was thorough, explained everything, LISTENED , intelligent. A 5 star experience. Good drs are hard to find and he is great! A longer drive for me but worth it. The whole office is what a good medical care is supposed to be. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Loved my experience with Dr. Chin and staff! He is not only knowledgeable, he has an excellent bedside manner, made me feel welcomed and at ease. He took the time to go into detail about my results, explained the possible causes and the different treatments plus answered all my questions and concerns. One can tell that he truly cares about his patients and loves what he does. The staff are also wonderful specially his assistant José and the audiologist, she was great too, I wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend Dr. Chin, I am extremely happy I went to go see him."
