"We just came back from the store and when we opened the bag we noticed that they didn't take off the security magnet. The alarm wasn't even ringing that's why we couldn't see that magnet was still on the clothing. I had to youtube it to take it off by ourselves. Of course we didnt steal it, we definitely have the receipt. The magnet had some ink and the cloth got stained. The customer service was also so bad. I asked for the size and the guy didn't even answer my question. I would never go to this store in my future. One star is not even worthy. If there was zero star, I'd definitely give them zero star."

"They need to work on customer service. There were about 6 or 7 people working there, only 1 person is pleasant enough to answer questions and actually provide customer service. They don't answer you when you ask something. They brought out a shoe that I guess was reserved for another customer which I later found out by this guy coming up to me and tells me that I cannot try them on. Is this my fault? Did I bring them out? NO. I definitely would not buy anything from here in the future."
