"Been going here over 1 year and my levels were 400 when they checked recently. Was told that's within "normal" range and weren't worried about it. Currently it's been 20+ days since my last injection because this company deflects responsibility to "their supplier". Never heard an ounce of empathy or accountability. It's an odd atmosphere where it feels like the customer is being gaslit. Mind you, they'll take your money well in advance and still not deliver, asking for more. If you're on the fence between this place and another, I'd recommend choosing the latter. Hope this saves someone from the headaches and daily calls I've had to make. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 1 month between shipments. Reality is: they prioritize money over your health. *** EDIT: They responded below asking me to submit personal information on here. However, the location should know exactly who I am as I called frequently and told the lady on the phone I'd be leaving the review in which she responded "that's fine corporate deals with that." If the company genuinely has no clue who I am, it means the same has happened to many others. Which reinforces what I said above. It's all about money. When their supplier doesn't ship your items, even after you paid a month prior, they'll tell you you're 100% responsible for that. You'll need to pay even more money. Essentially, so long as they get paid you're on your own. If more personal information on here is needed (since they can't help you when no one's looking) I'll post my T levels of 400 after being a client for 1 year. Would that be sufficient?"
"New system doesn’t work , the pharmacy provider totally unorganized, I never received my next batch of shots, I called the office and the personal is really great but the system doesn’t help at all , still waiting for answers , I have my estrogen levels high and the tele-health doc toll me I will receive Anastrazol to lower it down and it’s been a moth and no answer or response about it , I’m out of testo shot and no answer about it from the pharmacy. Im looking for a better provider because this one is not stable at all"
"Before this company got bought out it would have gotten 5 stars, but the new business model is subpar to the previous model. New owners changed almost everything for the worse. I see no improvement in any of their business choices. The changes made in no way are helpful for the patients they have, and I am one who is not happy with the extra time and steps involved. Why fix something that wasn't broken? I'm a businessman myself and the appointment just took 3 x longer than any other in the last 2+ years. Ridiculous! Now I will have to waste even more time with a televisit that I used to be able to do through a very nicely working app. Not pleased at all with the changes and at this point would not recommend Low T to someone else until they do better than this. I still love the doctor at the Greenhouse location, just hate the new system. He is the only reason I'm staying with Low T Center. May still look for a totally different center that has a better system."
"Very poor pharmacy of opt to self inject, as will have to miss at least two round every shipment cause of delay. Plus if call pharmacy on one ever answers or returns call. Best to go with another clinic that has a dependable pharmacy supplier!"
"Office and staff are great, I have complaints with their billing practices. Continue charging months after reaching out of pocket max and get the runaround on trying to get overpayment refunded. Reply to response from owner: No, the issue has not been resolved. I just tried to call again and left another voice mail. Follow up: I got a return call today and well on our way to being sorted out, thank you."
