Threatening to black list me, saying no doctor would touch me, because I asked for his background information when things didn't add up. Going to the Medical Board, due to his harassment and bullying. Refused to sign a paper to get my infected tooth extracted for 3 months. Not only is he inprofessional speaking ill to me of his other patients. I started bring a recorder to my appointments."
