"STAY AWAY! Nora is very rude. We have been going to this practice for several months. Had to beg them to get results and review test for my father. After dealing with them for over 4 months, my dad in pain with a kidney stone, we finally got scheduled for surgery. But Nora started talking with us and was very rude. Did not provide options in regard to his benefits and basically said to find another provider. They knew his benefits situation and at the start were really nice but then Nora refused to provide options, got agitated, and then sent me to a voice mail. This is not what I expect from Memorial Herman Hospital. My dad has PPO insurance and can see any provider, when looking for provider they claimed to be in-network, according to Cigna, the are in-network. We have been charge at in-network prices. Memorial Hermann is not in-network. Hospital says every provider has alternative hospitals they are associated with. However, according to Nora Dr Kent is not in Network and does not work with other hospitals and that we need to go somewhere else. Nora just does not want to talk or DO HER JOB and was just rude. I wish your calls are recorded."
