"This location has horrible admin. They NEVER answer the phone. And they don't call you back when you leave a message to confirm appts. Only medical office I've experienced that also doesn't send any text or email appt reminders or print your scheduled appts. So, I just had to stop going. I will just rehab on my own now. Find another place if you need rehab."

"There's a serious problem with the front desk that needs to be fixed. They never return calls to schedule appointments. Billing is inconsistent. I had multiple times, and on my last appointment, months ago, the lady at the front desk insisted that I had to fill out forms, for the 3rd time, before I could be seen. The form I specifically asked if it had to be done before the appointment instead of after, was for the physical therapist to see how my pain level had changed, what I'm able to do, what my limits are, etc. He didn't even look at it before treating me. There was no need to make him wai for that form that could've been done after the Sontag, or better yet, why wasn't I asked to come in 20 minutes early to fill out forms? After dozens of unreturned calls to schedule an appointment, I gave up and tried to find somewhere else to go to help get me out of pain, but places that offer dry needling, are few and far between. I tried calling to schedule an appointment again today, but doubt I'll hear back from them, unless they've replaced the front desk employees. The therapists are great. It's just a shame you can't get in to see them."

"I have been trying to book an appointment for 3 days. If you are a new patient you must book online. Every time you go through the system, pick your time and put in all your information you get-system unavailable at this time. Then you call and have to leave a message that no one returns. How does anyone even go there??"

"Dr. Michael Tsang - physical therapist. The physical therapy team at this location is wonderful! I have worked with several different therapists including Michael, John, and Abner. Although, for the most part I have worked with Michael. Michael is an excellent physical therapist who I have been incredibly lucky to work with. I tore both my ACL and meniscus and I have done all of my rehabilitation with him. He is hard working and a vary caring therapist to his patients. I had to come in right after school so I would arrive late sometimes. Michael would let me stay a little bit longer to make sure I could get at least my full hour of physical therapy in. He has done so much for me and my recovery and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
