"Absolutely awful. I roamed around for thirty minutes to find a parking space and finally found a place but had to walk ten minutes. It was not just me, you would see dozens of cars roaming around the parking lots. Select this place if you have wings to fly."

"If I could give negative stars I would. Parking is horrible and the valet service is a joke. The line of Cars for valet is around the building. Come an hour early for this nonsense or be prepared to walk clear across to the other side of the complex for parking. If you have an appointment you will be late unless you come prepared for this nonsense."

"From the get go everyone was so nice. The registration lady was helpful with all the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with all of the nurses. They made sure I was comfortable and I was aware of what was happening around me. 10/10 for Dr. Luciana sta Ana. She made me feel more comfortable when I was nervous. The only doctor I was unhappy with was the anesthesiologist, Dr. Lee. She was rude and condescending to my situation. Dr. Cora Y Lee didn’t explain any of my concerns."

"Apparently, this office is not seeing much of anyone in person. My daughter is a patient of Dr. Alyson and has been struggling with sinus issues/infection. The past two times they set up a telemedicine visit with another available provider. After not getting much better we called and asked for an in-person visit since my daughter had developed a rash on her wrists that would likely be hard to see on a telemedicine visit. We were told we would have to go to Urgent Care of the ER for an in-person visit (despite the fact that my daughter has been vaccinated and had no fever). So we were forced to go to urgent care where her co-pay is double what an office visit co-pay is. Ridiculous."

"Very disappointed with my experience with this physician (Rocio Allison) and this doctors office. I feel like I am just a number on their schedule and my health isn’t taken seriously. I was unaware that on top of my $60 copay, I had to pay an additional $70 to this office after I was seen. That’s $130 ON TOP OF INSURANCE. I know that may not be her fault, but when I called for a medication refill I was told it could not be filled until the bill was paid. I am a 22 year old working 3 jobs just to survive. There were no payment plan options and I was forced to stop my mental health medication cold turkey. What kind of doctor is okay with that? As someone who works in the medical field, I know for a fact there are other options for affordable and thorough care. This place just isn’t it. She literally was holding the door handle ready to walk out as I was telling her about my health concerns. There are plenty of other doctors in the area who I would rather spend my time and money on. EDIT: after posting this I was emailed that my patient chart was deactivated. No one has contacted me directly to explain why, but I’m assuming it’s because they know I’m right. EDIT 2: I spoke with the office manager and she was very polite and understanding. I discovered that my insurance was not in network with this provider, that’s why I was being billed."
