"The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff seem dedicated to their patients but do get distracted with each other (silliness mostly). I realized only after my regular PT was out and I had someone else in her place. The new PT seems more focused on my technique and helped me get more out of the exercises. He was less chatty with the other staff too. I broke a real sweat that day. Where I was NOT happy was in the billing. The mess between providers and the insurance is BANANAS! PLEASE do your research when selecting a PT provider. I have found other locations outside of the Memorial Hermann network are cheaper and just as dedicated."
