"Had a similar experience to Jessica E, she posted a 2 star review a year ago. Oddly enough, we wrote a review and it mysteriously disappeared. Most of our experience was good except for the most important day- the actual birth day. Just be wary and do your research. Have a hospital back up plan, too. Our birth plan was ignored. We felt things went wrong with no guidance. Just like Jessica we weren't given firm answers just a "nobody is keeping you here" approach, verbatim. You expect a professional to call the shots not tell you "we're not keeping you here". (Biz responded saying they looked up my name from this review. Idk how that's possible lol. For medical privacy I refuse to list my full name, obviously.)"

"First time mom here! It's not an exaggeration to say that Nikki and her team saved me and my baby's lives - their care and attention to me got my baby here safely and SO healthy, despite many challenges during pregnancy, including preeclampsia (which would've been so much more terrifying if I hadn't been cared for by Nikki's team!). She caught things that the hospital missed and paid so much more attention to me and my concerns throughout pregnancy than any OB that I saw. I had a balloon induction with her at 36 weeks and it went SO perfectly! I was able to labor at home and let the balloon do its thing while feeling safe and comfortable and being able to EAT and drink what I wanted! Then we broke my waters at the birth center and, two hours later, my baby girl was in my arms! I was encouraged and cheered for the whole time in a peaceful and comfortable place. We got to take our precious baby home the day she was born and get some sleep. Nikki and Lorena were at our home the next day to check on us (we didn't have to get out of bed!) and spend time answering all our questions. My recovery has been so much easier than I thought it would be and we've continued to have support postpartum for everything that comes up with newborn life and breastfeeding. Nikki, Lorena, Moriah, Dominique, Relisa, Christy - we love you and are forever thankful for how you cared for our family! I heard so many frightening stories about birth from others during my pregnancy and I'm so blessed to say that I have nothing but proud and positive feelings about the day my daughter arrived at the birth center surrounded by such joyful and SKILLED ladies!"

"Nikki and ALL of her staff were everything I hoped for and more when I chose her practice for my most recent pregnancy. The hardest part of my journey with them was not the birth, but saying goodbye to them after the completion of my postpartum care. They truly become your family and take the time to know YOU and YOUR wishes. You are the boss when you are under her care, which is exactly what I needed to heal from a traumatic first time hospital birth. The birthing center ambiance and decor is fantastic as well, you feel right at home during prenatal appointments and during birth of your newest love! Thank you Nikki!"
