"I picked up rx today. Had a slight glitch but was totally great service once fixed Thank you yery much for all you do at Gateway. It is much better than driving to one of the bases from Bulverde. My hat is off to all you do."
"I keep thinking that this pharmacy will improve. It is almost impossible to maintain horrible service in our current time. My situation is the following, I activated my prescription like usual and later that day I was notified that it was activated and to allow 2 business days to pick it up. This was on a Monday and I showed up at the pharmacy on Thursday after taking the time off of work to stand in the usual line. When my turn came the technician mentioned that it was not ready, and then said they didn't have enough followed by they could fill it later in the afternoon. Well, which is it? I received a clear message that said to allow 2 business days to be ready and the technician said to show him the message as if it was going to be ready if he read it. This isn't the first time this has happened, I don't know what the problem is at this location. Is it the staff the leadership or both?"
"I arrived at 8:20 on Tuesday 9 August for a fasting blood draw. I didn't realize that the lab opened at 9:15 because of training. I was informed by a civilian in the clinic of this info. As I returend to my truck to wait I noticed two Airmen getting out of their car at 8:23. There probably is a good reason for showing up 53 minutes before "training" is over. I have never seen a SNCO at this clinic. I wrote the CCM over a year ago and have not received a response. I'm thinking they are unsupervised and do not care how they inconvenience people. There was a minor walking in and out of the laboratory while I was there. I’m guessing a child of one of the workers. I failed to fill out a comment card on this entire visit. I will look for an online version."
"If I could give zero starts I would. This place is terrible. No phone number, no email, no nothing. When I asked why they don’t have a phone they said umm who would answer the phones? We don’t have anyone. The standard military answer. I would avoid this place at all costs. Took weeks to get a prescription and they had no updates and no estimates on when it would be ready. I would happily pay Walgreens over getting a free prescription from this dumpster fire of a facility."
"Awful. 3 hours on hold day 1. 2 hours on hold day 2. Then Wilford hall picks up phone saying they answer for all pharmacies. Gives me a disconnected number to the Bulverde pharmacy. Hard broke. How did we ever devolve into this level of sub zero customer focus? You simply cannot reach a human or one that can assist. Do not say: this is due to Covid, Ops Tempo, trying to focus on customers at the window. It is none of that. It is a 100% failure of leadership. Period."
