"Very Rude! as well as, unprofessional. Not only was I told they don't have the Standard size "17 Tire. The Man tried charging me $10.00 to put AIR on a spare tire and stated the donut wasn't any good. 1 spare tire $10.00. Took my car right to Firestone with excellent service in Oak Park on Lake St. Them fellas over there @ Firestone is the truth. They also didn't charge me anything to put air in my spare tire. This place Has Horrible Horrible Service. Do not shop at Elite Tires"

"Customer service was good initially, but my car handle was broken when I went to pick it up. I tried to resolve it with them, they didn't take pictures and didn't notify me of the damage. Stated that I caused the damage and would replace it for a couple hundred dollars. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would probably stay away for the time being."
