"Dr Donaruma is incredibly inconsistent in his responses to requests for information. I have had him call me out of the blue to discuss minor issues and refuse to call me back after urgent requests. He says that’s a “Concierge” service he doesn’t offer. I had Covid but tested negative. I called and messaged his office at 7:00 AM , two hours before they opened asking if I should go to the ER. he didn’t call until two days later and was absolutely unapologetic or caring. He acted like I was stupid for asking. By then I’d been admitted to the Hospital for two days diagnosed with Covid plus complications. He didn’t care. I was told to make an appointment with him for three days after release. I did so telling them I was still Covid positive. They made my appointment for in office visit three days later. When I drove 25 miles to the appointment, I was informed they wouldn’t see me because I had Covid. When I explained the entire situation to the desk person she actually rolled her eyes at me and shrugged. After checking with Donaruma, she just said you’ll have to phone it in. This is far from the first time the staff has been uninterested and uncaring. Don’t use these people for health services. They don’t care about you, just your money and their stats. They can’t even be bothered to train their staff how to apologize."
"My sister has Alzheimer’s disease and they would not allow her caregiver to go with her to see the doctor. She came out not knowing if she saw a dr much less anything that was said. They gave her paperwork to the very same tests that was completed 4 months ago when she was last seen. Told the caregiver to get the results and have them sent to them. The staff was VERY rude, incompetent and did not listen to my caregiver’s questions or requests for records so I could go see a more competent doctor."
"Do take their rating into consideration it’s 2.7 for a reason. Bridget Slaterry is not a doctor and should’ve be allowed to treat any patient. Everything needs to be via tele visit and if you have any further symptoms/ questions you must make a new appointment. If you are calling to make an appointment make sure it’s with a doctor. Biggest waste of time and money"
"When I called to schedule my appointment the front desk representative was rude. Day of my appointment seemed like every staff member and doctor hated their job. When I met with my doctor absolutely no feedback on what I was telling her. Missed my phone call with lab results. Called back 35 min before closing at 5 and no one answered my phone calls. This experience was horrible and will not be returning."
"I've never had a complaint with the actual providers, but the actual office is wildly unprofessional. I've spent weeks trying to make a telemedicine appointment to renew a prescription for a medication I've been taking for over a decade. Should be routine. First, they rescheduled me without contacting or notifying me for an appointment to a time when I was at work, so I had to tell them I couldn't make the appointment. Two times I've rescheduled since. The telemedicine directions when you check in say you'll receive a link for an online appointment, but really they call you. Should be no big deal, right? Except if you call them back, they will NEVER answer the phone. I've sat on hole for more than an hour just to get booted off hold. I'm now looking at running out of my meds with no refills because these people WILL NOT answer the phone when patients call."
