"I only gave 1 star because Dr Lopez is an amazing doctor himself, while his staff of the reason his clinic is going downhill! If you have any appointments please be sure to follow up with your insurance for the claims they make and the copays they are charging! The office manager JENNY has been charging copays for every visit even after multiple visits to the hospital this year and even after meeting my deductible as well as out of pocket maximum, not to mention when my insurance calls to speak with her she is either “not in office until 11” or she’s “at lunch” or “she leaves the office at 2:30” as well as when I call myself. I’m no longer allowed to set up appointment s unless is goes through JENNY and every time I call to set one up I have to call within JENNYS work hours and when I do get ahold of her, she’s yelling at me and not setting an appointment. If doctor Lopez doesn’t fix his office staff ASAP they are going to be the reason he gets stuck with a malpractice suit. DO NOT CHOSE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR OWN PHYSICAL SAFETY. I haven’t been able to get labs done or get an appointment while I’ve dropped weight horrendously with no explanation and not office visit to try and help figure out what’s wrong! Not to mention my insurance was billed by Dr Lopez office manager JENNY with a diagnosis I’ve NEVER been diagnosed with! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE DUE TO THE INTELLIGENCE INCOMPETENCY. If you do end up becoming a patient BE AWARE OF YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS & DIAGNOSES!"

"After 7 years of being a patient I have decided to part ways. Dolores the medical assistant was for no reason extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with the staff and it’s perhaps a little too late that I’ve waited so long to leave. Horribly ran office. I requested the office manager to call me back so I can make a complaint and Brenda told me she had no idea when I would speak to the office manager Jenny. Talk about not caring about your patience."

"Just called spike to Mari, let me say rudest person ever. I believe she is related to doctor Lopez which is unfortunate because he is a sweet man. I called her a couple of months ago because quest is charging 200+ dollars for lab work they ordered. They told us to take the bill in which we did. So I call today and she's like nope, nope I never received anything. She would not listen to what I had to say. Then she tells me I left your husband a message saying I resubmitted. I thought she didn't get the bill smh. Anyway I am trying to explain she doesn't need to resubmit insurance is actually asking for a justification letter from doctor explaining why this lab was needed. So here we go waiting again I guess we will see if she does her job."

"I've been a patient here for 5 years now and I've yet to have a problem with the staff. I am a diabetic and been to previous clinics who couldn't get my condition under control and coming here Mrs.Maldonado helped me find the perfect medince regimen and now my diabetes is controlled. I really appreciate Dr.Lopez, his Staff and all that they do. :)"
