"My cousin is going to have neck surgery at the best hospital in Texas. He has been in pain for 13 yrs"
"They have always listened to my concerns, treat me very good for the last 10 years. I stop coming just because I was lazy, and when came back I had the same neurologist that I have had for my whole life and he show me concern about the fact that I stop coming. They have help me a lot since I started with them."
"My god this is the worst place. I've been to several practices and this one is most egregious. My daughter has numerous seizures at once. She laments at night that her brain burns and during the day. I can never get a hold of the clinic nor can I get feedback from the clinic. I feel as if a non- commital system is going on and I want to change clinics."
"The parking is a mess, no one knows how to give clear instructions on how to get anywhere. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the clinic we were suppose to go to after being giving the wrong instructions. I did however like the Dr. He listened to our concerns and explained what he thinks is going on without talking down to me. As much as I don't like this hospital, we will be keeping her neurologist here. I do advise setting aside 1 hr to find parking though."
"I'd give a zero, if that were an option. After my son was having new symptoms, we called a telenurse, who advised us to go to urgent care asap. They took blood and told us to contact his neurologist. We called Dr. Koneru's office (adult neuro) and left three different messages. Over a month later--no response. Fortunately, his symptoms had improved during that time, but we were still anxious to get answers at his upcoming appointment. However, their office notified us by mail--the day before the appointment--that they had cancelled it. They didn't bother to reschedule it, so I called their office. After trying several times to get through (only to get to voicemail, which they never respond to either), I have finally had it. I am finding a new neurologist for my son. I'm posting this to hopefully steer away potential clients from having a similar experience. Go somewhere else. This level of care (or lack of, rather) is absolutely unacceptable, and I feel for his other patients. Everyone deserves better."
