The techs were very thorough, gentle, and comforting. They were accommodating to my needs during my exams. I have been going there for years, and will definitely continue in the future."

"Avestee is definitely a diamond in the rough within the world of diagnostics and imaging! After several calls and attempts to get scheduled at other diagnostic centers (after much frustration of no call backs, long wait times, etc), I couldn’t be more happy when I called Avestee. The front desk was incredible, in particular Elaine at the Westover Hills location. She is literally the kindest person as she went ABOVE and BEYOND getting me scheduled for my exam, contacting my doctor's office over the course of days to get my orders when they were non responsive. She is a GEM and made sure I was efficiently scheduled and ready to be be seen. She was kind and communicative with me as we battled the frustration of getting orders, old reports from other diagnostic places and insurance. Save yourself the trouble of going to other places, and go straight to Avestee."

"If you are looking for a place with the most up-to-date technology as well as the quickest, efficient and quality service, from check in to check out, paired with the delightful, posh decor, elegant seating & complimentary expresso (almost as if you are entering a spa versus a women's imaging center), then schedule your next appointment at Avestēe. I've been coming to the Westover Hills location off of Hwy 151 since they 1st opened 5-6(+?) years ago & will continue to do so as I feel they are a 5 star+ across every aspect of what one would ideally exspect at such a sensitive topic exam/medical provider/imaging center. Highly recommended, 1st & foremost, for their super friendly, always kind & professional staff. A must for anyone, yet, especially if you are feeling hesitant or uncertain about your annual mammogram screenings & other needs as they will not disappoint. Furthermore, the staff will always explain everything & answer all questions you may have without feeling as if you're asking too many questions or aren't clear about specific details. They certainly give you their undivided attention irregardless of length of time because they CARE. Thank you to all the staff at Avestēe for always going the extra mile consistently, especially in a world that seemingly has "forgotten" what impeccable customer service &/or a "welcoming bedside manner" truly means to most humans. Y'all keep doing what you do! Cuz' you offer sumthin' beyond most people's exspectations! **For anyone who has had a "not so great experience," I might recommend reaching out to your insurance provider PRIOR to scheduling as most of these negative reviews are specifically related to your lack of responsibility in knowing your benefits versus a reflection on the staff or services rendered. (And yes, I can say this because I am a healthcare professional myself & am very aware of how frustrating it can be when I as a consumer & provider as well as my own clients are not "in the know" about how their insurance works)."

"Had my fist mammogram here and the staff were amazing,. Starting with the friendly face at check-in to the sweet lady, Lisa performing the mammogram. The decor is so relaxing , felt like I was in a spa. Great center all together. Thank you!"
