"I'm writing this review regarding the abysmal level of service I received at a Walgreens store. As a regular user of Google Reviews, I believe it is crucial to share my experience with the public and provide feedback on the unacceptable service I encountered at Walgreen's On [June 30, 2023], I visited the Walgreens located at [Montwood and Joe Battle] with the expectation of receiving the quality service that customers deserve. Unfortunately, my visit proved to be an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. One customer took 10 minutes to try and resolve their issue to no avail. However, while waiting not one person attempted to open a second register to help us. I've had several issues with this location from covid testing to COVID-19 vaccinations. I would avoid this location like the plague."
